*SPONSORS are parents and other adults who are interested in having an active voice in the running of the club. All parents are encouraged to be sponsors. They help the D.C. throughout the year and vote on club officers and other business matters at the annual meeting in October, which they are required to attend, as sponsors are not able to vote by proxy. 

**CONTRIBUTORS are those who are interested in supporting Woodside Pony Club financially, but who prefer not to be involved in the running of the club. We are very grateful to our club's contributors. They receive the pony club newsletter and notice of meetings to keep them informed of all the clubs activities, as do our sponsors.
